I'm leaving for my first-ever horseback riding lesson. I've been reading about the therapeutic affects of riding for people with MS. Especially for individuals that are experiencing balance issues. So, Red, hooked me up with a friend and I'm gonna go try it out today.

Turtle isn't coming with me, so I'm a little scared, but I'm bringing my Misty Mate and an ice pack so hopefully I won't overheat. I've become somewhat timid in experiencing new adventures when Turtle isn't with me. I get into a lot of fear thinking about all the what-if's that could happen. So, I'm currently reciting my "Today is a good day to die" mantra and venturing out on my own.

Happy Accident to Celebrate: Confronting fear head on!
